Foundry hook overhead crane is a widely used lifting machine, which is mainly composed of box bridge, lifting trolley, crane operation mechanism and electrical control system.
The box bridge has the advantages of simple manufacturing process, convenient assembly, strong universality, automatic welding and good torsional rigidity. Including two main beams, two end beams, walking platform and handrail, etc. The main beam is the main component bearing the load. It adopts the normal track box structure, on which the track is laid for the trolley to move horizontally along the direction of the main beam. The main beam is welded with the box type end beam, and there are joints and bolts in the middle of the end beam for the separation and transportation of the bridge. The walking platform is used for placing crane operation mechanism, electrical equipment and maintenance, and the outside is equipped with protective railings.
The lifting trolley is composed of a trolley frame, a lifting mechanism and a trolley running mechanism. The trolley frame is welded with steel plate to place the working mechanism. The hoisting mechanism is used to lift and lower the articles vertically, which is composed of the transmission device (motor, reducer, brake, etc.) and the winding device (drum group, wire rope, pulley group, hook group, etc.). The working principle is: the driving force generated by the motor is transmitted to the high-speed shaft end of the reducer through the transmission shaft. After the reducer changes speed, the low-speed shaft outputs and drives the drum to rotate. The hook is lifted and lowered by winding the steel wire rope and pulley block, so as to complete the process of lifting heavy objects. In order to ensure the normal operation and accurate positioning of the crane, a normally closed brake is arranged on the high-speed shaft of the reducer. The brake shoe is opened when the power is on and closed when the power is off. Two sets of brakes shall be set for hoisting hot metal, inflammable and explosive and other dangerous goods, as well as hoisting mechanism that may cause major danger or loss after accident.
The trolley running mechanism adopts the form of centralized transmission, which is composed of motor, reducer, brake, gear coupling, transmission shaft, wheel set and other components. The working principle is: the driving force generated by the motor is transmitted to the high-speed shaft end of the vertical reducer through the gear coupling. After the reducer changes speed, the driving force is output from the low-speed shaft end, and the two driving wheels are driven to rotate through the transmission shaft to complete the process of transverse transportation of goods by the trolley. The motor shaft is equipped with a normally closed brake. The brake shoe is opened when it is powered on and closed when it is powered off.
The crane operating mechanism adopts separate transmission form, which is composed of motor, reducer, brake, gear coupling, transmission shaft, wheel set and other components. The working principle is: the driving force generated by the motor is transmitted to the high-speed shaft end of the horizontal reducer through the transmission shaft. After the reducer changes speed, it is output by the low-speed shaft end to drive two driving wheels to rotate, completing the process of longitudinal transportation of goods by the bridge. The motor shaft is equipped with a normally closed brake. The brake shoe is opened when it is powered on and closed when it is powered off.
Electrical equipment shall be placed on the bridge platform.
The hoisting mechanism and trolley running mechanism are equipped with limit switches. The circuit is equipped with safety devices such as over-current protection, zero position protection, emergency switch, interlock switch of bin door, electric bell prompt, etc. the hoisting capacity is more than 20t and overload limiter (except for the installation crane) is equipped to ensure the normal operation of the crane and the personal safety of relevant personnel.
The crane is suitable for loading, unloading and hoisting in factories, warehouses and freight yards where the ambient temperature is – 10 ℃ ~ 50 ℃ and the relative humidity is not more than 85%. It is forbidden to work in inflammable, explosive and corrosive gas filled environment. Take heat insulation measures when the ambient temperature exceeds 40 ℃.
